In a nutshell, Sneak Punch.com is aimed at anyone who is interested in fight training and fitness, whether its boxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), brazilian jiu jitsu etc. Man or woman, young or old, already training or a complete beginner. Your goal might be to lose weight, tone up, train hard or just learn new techniques. We aim to cater for everyone.
Furthermore, with our online video tutorials we can deliver fitness and technique tips directly to your PC, laptop or iPad, no matter where you live in the world!
Who produces the amazing Sneak Punch!?
Cornelius Carr is a former BBBofC British Super-Middleweight and WBF World Middleweight Champion. He fought Steve Collins for the WBO Super Middleweight Title at The Point, Dublin, Ireland in November 1995.
After his professional boxing career ended, Corney began operating as a personal trainer/coach and is currently based in Bournemouth, United Kingdom. Along with his team of web developers, he is now keen to share his passion for boxing with the widest audience possible.
