Its good to see Dave and Leanne are still focused on meeting the “Fight Yourself Fit” challenge. For the last 3 weeks they have completed the workout at least 5 times a week. Above are some short clips of another outdoor workout session for them both. Nearly halfway there guys – keep up the good work, I am proud of you!
As Leanne says” it’s easy to fit in 15 minutes a day“, she took a few days off on holiday to visit Wales. Whilst there Leanne still manage to keep up and participate with the workout.
