Fight Yourself FIT – Week 2 – Day 1
So, just to recap – 7 days ago, good friends Leanne and Dave set-out on a 6 week Fight Yourself FIT challenge.
Today is week 2 day 1
Their challenge is to fit in our 15 minute FREE workout (shown in the trailer below) 4 to 5 times
a week and as you can see from their short before and after videos…….they are loving it!!!
