Dave was working this morning, so Leanne is going ‘solo’. As Leanne eloquently points out, an important factor with the Fight Yourself FIT 15 minute workout is – you can do it almost anywhere. Yesterday, they were outside but today as the Fight Yourself FIT requires no equipment, Leanne is able to complete the workout in her living room.
Everytime Dave and Leanne take on the workout, they are honing their boxing skills and really locking the techniques into their muscle memory. Each time you perform a technique, another memory of this action is formed, more and more connections in the brain make these processes become automatic. Soon, you’ll be doing them with little conscious effort.
As they are continually practicing and mastering boxing techniques, Leanne and Dave will be building on a solid foundation of skills, as well as becoming super fit in the process. It’s not just the feeling of accomplishment, they are also preparing themselves to take on even greater challenges in the future, striving towards another level.
