 I’ve worked with my team to make the workout videos as easy as possible to follow. With quick-view combos, round-actions and technical tips – I really do want you to learn proper boxing techniques and to feel like you’ve just been in the gym working out with me.

I’m not a presenter and this is not filmed in a studio – I’m a former World Champion Boxer and this is filmed in a real boxing gym. I will be putting you through your paces with proper old school boxing training – you will learn more in half an hour with me than you will attending dozens of boxing classes.

Boxing isn’t rocket science, but it is a science. “The Sweet Science” no less, but before you can play that game of mental and physical chess (and fight), you need the board and all the pieces – you need all the techniques and combinations. These are the exact skills that the Fight Yourself Fit workouts will give you!

In 60-days you will be FIGHTING FIT and BOXING MAD. The beauty of these videos is that once you’ve finished the 60-days there’s nothing to stop you from doing the whole program again. The training schedule provided has been designed to gradually teach you all the skills you need whilst giving your body and mind appropriate rests to aid your learning.

Once you’ve completed the initial 60-days, mastered the techniques and achieved full fitness you may wish to continue 5 training sessions a week or even increase to 6 or 7 – the choice is yours. Each session is a stand-alone full body workout, that you can integrate into any training routine.
