Dave and Leanne took the “Fight Yourself FIT” challenge and over 6 weeks completed the workout 3 to 4 times a week.

We caught up with Dave and Leanne during a boxing session with Cornelius and they are over the moon with the results.
So what were the results
The biggest and best result from using this workout is the boost in fitness. When we designed the “Fight Yourself Fit” routine, we had to make sure that the legs were getting a thorough workout. Strong legs are so important from a boxers point of view. It gives you a great grounded stance, enhances your power and lets you move around the ring effortlessly. The big bonus with working the legs, is it really burns those calories too.
Leanne, in just 6 weeks completely toned up, put on a good proportion of muscle, lost 7 pounds and lost a fantastic 3 inches around the waist.
Dave, in just 6 weeks lost a massive 21 pounds, his energy has gone through the roof.
Neither Leanne or Dave adhered to any diets, this was just a test on how well the workout effected real people leading normal daily lives.
